Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Routtine — what we offer, what we ask of you, and the one thing we are careful never to be: your doctor.

About these terms

These terms cover routtine.app, the website you are on. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.

Routtine the app has not launched yet. When it does, it will come with its own terms covering accounts, subscriptions, and purchases, and those will be presented to you before you buy anything.

What this site is right now

A description of a product being built, and a form to hear when it opens. Nothing on this site is a purchase, and nothing here promises a release date.

Who Routtine is for

Routtine is for people aged 16 and over. If you are under 18, please talk to a parent or guardian and get their permission first — in Indonesia, where we operate, anyone under 18 is legally a child, and their consent matters.

Routtine is a weight and habit tracker. If you are in treatment or recovery for an eating disorder, a tool that counts what you eat may not be good for you right now. Please check with the person looking after you before you start.

The waitlist

Give us your email and we will write to you when Routtine is available. If something about the launch changes in a way you would want to know, we will write about that too. We are not going to turn your inbox into a newsletter.

You can leave the list whenever you like — every email has an unsubscribe link, and hello@routtine.app always works.

Routtine is not medical advice

This one matters, so it is early and in plain words.

Routtine offers general wellness information, nutrition figures, and habit suggestions. It is not medical, nutritional, or psychological advice, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional who knows your history.

Please talk to a doctor, dietitian, or another qualified professional before changing how you eat or train — especially if you have a health condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have lived with an eating disorder. Routtine is built to be gentle, but it cannot know what your body needs the way a professional who examines you can.

If something the app suggests does not feel right for your body, stop, and check with someone qualified. That is always the correct choice, and nothing in Routtine is meant to talk you out of it.

If you think you are having a medical emergency, please contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital. Routtine is not a medical service and cannot help you in an emergency.

Results vary

Everyone's body is different, and so is everyone's life around it. Routtine never promises a particular result on a particular date — not a number on the scale, not a size, not a timeline. What it offers is a method, the structure to follow it, and something honest to look at while you do.

Anything you see from Yulia or from other members is their own experience, not a forecast of yours.

How Yulia's presence works

Yulia is by your side through her work: the programs she designs, the routines she curates, the content she makes, and the appearances she shows up for. Routtine is not one-to-one coaching, and using it does not create a personal or professional relationship with Yulia, or entitle you to individual replies, plans, or consultations.

Using the site fairly

Only a short list here, and none of it will surprise you. Please do not:

  • Sign up with an address that is not yours, or submit the form automatically or in bulk.
  • Try to break, overload, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it.
  • Scrape or copy the site's content to republish it as your own.
  • Use the site for anything unlawful.

What belongs to us

The site and the app, their design, text, images, program content, and the Routtine name and marks belong to Routtine and its licensors. You are welcome to read, share links to, and use this material for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, resell, or redistribute program content, or use the Routtine name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse or are involved with something we are not.

What belongs to you

Anything you put into Routtine stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you — to store it, process it, and show it back to you. We do not claim ownership of your logs, your photos, or your measurements.

Availability

This is a small site for a product still being built. We may change it, move it, or take parts of it down without notice, and we do not promise it will always be reachable.

Ending this

You can stop using Routtine at any time. Leaving the waitlist takes one click in any email we send, and once accounts exist you will be able to delete yours from inside the app.

We may suspend or end access for someone who breaks these terms — particularly the fair-use rules above — or where we have to for legal reasons. Unless the situation makes it impossible, we will say why, and give you a chance to put it right. If your access ends, the clauses that are meant to outlive it do: what belongs to whom, liability, and governing law.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Routtine is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, or from decisions made on the basis of general wellness information published here.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

If part of this does not hold

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, that part is treated as narrowed to what the law does allow, or removed if it cannot be — and the rest stays in force. Not enforcing something once does not mean we have given it up.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and any dispute arising from them will be handled by the competent courts of Indonesia — without affecting any consumer protections you have in the country you live in.

Changes to these terms

We will update these terms as the product becomes real, and the date at the top of this page will tell you when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
