Support
Something broken, something confusing, or something you want deleted — here is how to reach us, and what happens next.
Contact support
Email hello@routtine.app for any question about the Routtine app: your account, a bug, a purchase or a subscription, or deleting your data. Routtine is published by PT. Ananas Mahartha Dewata, and this is its official support address.
A person reads every message — not a ticket queue and not a bot. We are a small team, so we usually reply within a few days. A question about the method itself can take a little longer to answer well — we would rather be slow than vague — and we will say so rather than leave you wondering.
What helps us help you
None of this is required. Send what you have, and we will ask if we need more:
- The email address you signed up with.
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot, if it is something you can see.
- Your phone and its OS version, for instance an iPhone 15 on iOS 26.2.
Where Routtine is right now
Routtine is available on iPhone and Android. You can set your nutrition targets, log what you eat, check in daily, and follow your progress.
Programmes built on Yulia's method are still being made, and they open later this year. Everything else is in your hands today.
Your data, and deleting it
You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app: Profile, then Delete account. It takes effect immediately and you do not have to ask anyone.
If you would rather not use the app, request it at https://www.routtine.app/delete-account, or email hello@routtine.app from the address you signed up with. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not try to talk you out of it.
One thing we cannot do
We cannot give you medical, nutritional, or psychological advice, and we cannot tell you whether a plan is safe for your body — only a qualified professional who knows your history can do that. If you are unwell, pregnant, or recovering from disordered eating, please start there. We would rather say this plainly than be vague and helpful-sounding.
